General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also known as a playthrough requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. By using ck44vip, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, legal action:

ck44vip reserves the right to investigate any account at any time. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the platform may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets and bonus balances, withhold or recover any withdrawal amounts deemed to have been obtained through prohibited means, and share relevant information with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

All content published on the ck44vip platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game assets, promotional materials, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of ck44vip or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Habanero, Microgaming, and Playtech) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ck44vip platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

ck44vip may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with any criminal offence.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Detection of a duplicate account registered to the same individual.
• Player's request for voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ck44vip support team at support@ck44vip. Upon receipt of a closure request, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, provided that all outstanding KYC requirements have been met.
